Patients typically undergo 15 to 20 treatment sessions.  Each treatment lasts between 30 – 45 minutes.  This, of course, depends on your individual case and is determined after a thorough evaluation.

Following each session, a cold pack and electric muscle stimulation are usually applied to help pain relief and speed the healing process.

It is important to note that many patients get substantial, immediate relief after just a few treatments.  Some after just one.

It’s hard to imagine that the pain in your legs and feet could be a result of your back. Well, one cause for foot and leg pain is Sciatica. Sciatica is a condition that can cause mild to severe pain when a herniated lumbar disc compresses on the roots of the sciatic nerve which travels down the leg. The most commonly reported symptoms of sciatica are posterior thigh, lower leg and/or foot pain. At times this leg or foot pain can be much more debilitating than the accompanying lower back pain.
